The modules gathered here are creative activity sheets that you can download and follow. There are activities for each of the four pillars of wellbeing which help learners engage creatively with the topic and express their thoughts and feelings in relation to them.

Par 5: Human Pinball

A dynamic activity to introduce the way the mind bounces between thoughts, emotions/feelings, body sensations, actions and impulses.

Par 6: Muddy Water

An activity to introduce the Resilience pillar and leading to an Acceptance and Letting Be practice.

Par 7: Sensory Poem

An activity that challenges students to be brave and to turn towards the difficult. It also helps them to start to understand and apply generosity in their group.
